Bring your children for a safe and fun cycle trip in the Angkor area. We cycle to Angkor along the beaten jungle tracks passing local houses, rarely catching even a glimpse of other tourists on the road. You and your kids will enjoy a worry-free dayand you even can stop and take a quick shower at the French Dam. You will also discover several temples as we head along the quiet back roads. You will all be enthralled as you hear the beautiful jungle sounds of different birds, gibbons or monkeys.
Do not worry if your kids can’t cycle too far as our support truck is always on hand behind you for backup.
In the morning you depart from your hotel and cycle along the Siem Reap Riverbank to see the morning life of the localsbefore heading through the jungle, accompanied by sound of morning bird song eventually arriving a the world famous Angkor Wat temple. You continue cycling alongside the huge moat and end up in front of Angkor Wat. Spending about two or three hours to discover the fantastic Angkor temple with its intricate bas-reliefs; plenty of time to explore the whole complex. Next we cycle to the close by Angkor Thom, entering using the South Gate and keep on cycling along the ancient walls, stopping to have a rest at Prasat Chrong before having a break for lunch. In the afternoon we visit Bayon temple, Baphoun, Terraces of the Elephant and Leper King before cycling through the jungle again from Preah Khan temple to the jungle temple of Ta Promh via the French Dam;we are flexible as to when you want to end the tour and offer the choice of cycling back or by motorized transfer to your hotel
Bicycle Tour from Cambodian Border to Siem Riep with Siya
My family and I (3 of us) just spent 6 fantastic days cycling through Cambodia with Siya and our driver. We had an excellent trip - Siya was an outstanding guide, very friendly, very fit and very knowledgeable. He genuinely seemed happy to be guiding us "tourists' around and loves cycling and photography. Siya was a pleasure to spend 6 days with. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to spend quality time in Cambodia and learn about the culture and see the countryside. He has great knowledge of the local bike routes too. Thank you, Siya.
Siem Reap best guide
We spent 2 days in Siem Reap with best guide, Siya Pouv! He and his wife Kim took great care of us. Ankor temples were fantastic and as my wife has vision and balance problems, Siya tailored the walking to our capabilities and gave us a great appreciation for the complex. We also visited floating village on the lake and walking thru the markets. His knowledge of Cambodian life and history gave us a real understanding and insight of this country. He truely went beyond our expectations! Great command of English. Ask for him if you want a superb and fun tour—he is also a guide for other Cambodia’s cities and would do a great job!
Child from 7-9 years old will cost 60% and 10-11 years old will cost 75% of the adult tour price.
This Cambodia day tours will not operate April 13th to 18th due to the Khmer New Year holidays. We will re-open April 19th and apologize for any inconvenience.
