A Warm welcome to Cambodia!
Your local English-speaking guide will meet and greet you on arrival in Siem Reap, then transfer you to your hotel for check in. After settling in, you will set out for an excursion to the amazing and awe inspiring temples of Angkor Wat, surrounded by a manmade moat. It is no surprise this monument was awarded a UNESCO World Heritage Site status. Here you will also enjoy a truly memorable sunset with a panorama view of the amazing landscape from Pre Rup temple.
Tonight you will be enthralled by the Phare Cambodia Circus; a troupe of young Cambodians offering a spectacular and exciting blend of traditional and modern theatre, music, dance, acrobatics, juggling and contortion beautifully choreographed and performed as a story about Cambodian life and society. You will enjoy a welcome dinner before heading to Phare Cambodia Circus.

DAY 02: SIEM REAP - KHMER TEMPLES
You begin today’s tour early, after breakfast at the hotel and head off to explore the ancient Khmer capital city of Angkor Thom. You will walk along the ramparts from the South Gate to see Prasat Chrung and stop at the Death Gate for some fruit and snacks before continuing to the main temple of Bayon. You will also visit several small temples nearby, such as Baphuon, the Terrace of the Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper King. Next on the agenda is a visit to the well-known jungle temple of Ta Prohm, for centuries overgrown by balsa wood trees and vines. This temple reeks of mystery and was also used in the movie Tomb Raider.
You will spend the afternoon visiting Banteay Srei temple, also known as the ‘Women’s Temple'. It was associated with the training of female soldiers to fight against the enemies of the Khmer empire, and is is fairly unique in that it is constructed of beautiful pink sandstone and decorated with intricate stone carvings. On the return journey you'll visit the impressive Cambodia Landmine Museum, which has collected thousands of landmines since the days of the war. What is even more impressive is the story of the one Khmer man, Mr. Aki Ra, who disarmed the majority of these landmines alone. If time permits, you will explore the ruin of Preah Khan sitting right in the middle of the jungle. You will enter from the eastern entrance walking along the causeway while listening to the sound of birds and gibbons making for a very pleasant walk.
Tonight you will enjoy a dinner accompanied by a Khmer traditional Apsara dance performance depicting the unique Khmer culture.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included.

You begin with a drive on your ATV through the vegetable village of “Chreav” in the south to catch the beautiful sunrise over the green paddy fields. This is a great time for some unforgettable photographs. You will love the breeze while you drive, a great feeling to start the day, especially on a bright and fresh morning. On the way back, you will stop at the local market where the farming life starts very early. You’ll also see local people having their quick breakfast by the side of the road before heading to work. Bicycle Tour from Cambodian Border to Siem Riep with Siya
My family and I (3 of us) just spent 6 fantastic days cycling through Cambodia with Siya and our driver. We had an excellent trip - Siya was an outstanding guide, very friendly, very fit and very knowledgeable. He genuinely seemed happy to be guiding us "tourists' around and loves cycling and photography. Siya was a pleasure to spend 6 days with. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to spend quality time in Cambodia and learn about the culture and see the countryside. He has great knowledge of the local bike routes too. Thank you, Siya.
Siem Reap best guide
We spent 2 days in Siem Reap with best guide, Siya Pouv! He and his wife Kim took great care of us. Ankor temples were fantastic and as my wife has vision and balance problems, Siya tailored the walking to our capabilities and gave us a great appreciation for the complex. We also visited floating village on the lake and walking thru the markets. His knowledge of Cambodian life and history gave us a real understanding and insight of this country. He truely went beyond our expectations! Great command of English. Ask for him if you want a superb and fun tour—he is also a guide for other Cambodia’s cities and would do a great job!
