Summary:
This sample tour is for those who desire 2 or 3-star accommodation and service. You will experience the three main destinations in Cambodia, and travel will be by private car of minivan. Breakfast is included, as well as well as picnic lunches and other meal in restaurants as indicated. You visit one of the most spectacular religious monuments in the world, Angkor Wat, near Siem Reap, and then take a city tour of the capital Phnom Penh. At the end of the tour you can relax and unwind on the beach, or enjoy water sports at the beach resort of Sihanoukville.

Whenever you go on a trip, of course you want to take many photos, and a trip to Cambodia is a photographers paradise. As with other countries in Indochina, the sights and colors are fantastic. If you use a digital camera, be sure to bring plenty of storage cards with you. If you need more cards, most types of cards can be purchased at photo shops in the larger cities. You can put your photos on a CD at most internet shops and at some guesthouses and hotels. However, always check the CD to make sure it is readable, and that all your photos have been copied.

Itinerary Details:
Day 01: Siem Reap Arrival
Upon your arrival in Siem Reap you will be greeted by our staff and transferred to your hotel for check-in. After getting settled in the hotel, you will be treated to a welcome dinner and Apsara Dance show.
Overnight in Siem Reap hotel. Dinner included.
Day 02: Siem Rap – Angkor Temples
For those who like to see the sun rise, you can get up before dawn to view the sunrise over Angkor. Then after breakfast, visit the ancient capital of Angkor Thom and see the South Gate, the Bayon and Baphuon temples, the Terrace of Elephants and Terrace of the Leper king. Then we explore the jungle temple of Ta Phrom overgrown by large trees and vines. In the afternoon you visit the crown jewel of Cambodia, Angkor Wat, and in the late afternoon we climb the hilltop temple of Phnom Bakheng to enjoy a beautiful sunset.

Day 03: Siem Reap- Angkor Temples - Phnom Penh
After breakfast we will drive out of Siem Reap through the countryside to see the Banteay Srei and Banteay Samre temples. The name Banteay Srei means “Citadel of Woman.” It is built of pink sandstone, and is decorated with beautiful, ornate stone carvings. That afternoon you will go to Phnom Penh by private transport. After arriving in Phnom Penh, you will check in to your hotel.

Day 04: Phnom Penh City Tour
After breakfast at the hotel, you take a tour of Phnom Penh with a visit to the Toul Sleng Museum, the Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda, and Wat Phnom. In the afternoon you will go on a guided tour of the National Museum, and go shopping at the Central Market and at the famous Russian Market.
Overnight in Phnom Penh hotel. Breakfast included.
Day 05: Phnom Penh - Sihanoukville
After breakfast, it will take approx. three hours to drive to the seaside resort of Sihanoukville. After you checking in to your hotel, you will have the afternoon free to enjoy leisure activities.

Day 06: Sihanoukville Free Day
This isyour free day, and after breakfast in the hotel, you will have the entire day to go swimming and relax on the beach, or get out and explore the town. There are also a wide range of water sports activities for you to enjoy. Popular water sports activities include: snorkeling, SCUBA diving, windsurfing, sailing and kayaking. There are also boat trips to one of the many offshore islands such as Bamboo Island, Koh Rong, and Koh Ta Kiev, etc. These islands are quiet and have beautiful sandy beaches and great snorkeling, and some have bungalow accommodation. In the evening you can check out Sihanoukville's very lively bar and nightlife scene on Victory Hill.

Day 07: Sihanoukville - Ream National Park
After breakfast, you will go on a private, all-day trip to the protected wildlife refuge of Ream National Park. We leave in the morning and return in the late afternoon. We take a boat ride through mangrove forests, and walk through the tropical jungle. You will see the abundant tropical wildlife, and spend a couple of hours on the secluded sandy beaches. There are also coral reefs, the Prek Tuk estuary, and two small islands. During our adventure we will have lunch in the park.
Overnight in Sihanoukville hotel. Breakfast and Lunch included.
Day 08: Sihanoukville - Phnom Penh Departure
After breakfast, we will return by private transport to Phnom Penh for your departure.
