HOMESTAY 5 DAYS - 4 NIGHTS Start: Siem Reap  Finish: Siem Reap Group Size: from 01 person up Trip Grade: Easy Day 01 - Siem Reap Arrival Upon your arrival in Siem Reap, you will be greeted by our guide, and then transferred you to your hotel. In the afternoon you visit one of the seven wonders of the world, “Angkor Wat” and enjoy a view of the sunset from the hilltop temple of Phnom Bakheng. Overnight in Steung Siem Reap Hotel Day 02 – Amazing Angkor (B) After breakfast at the hotel, you will visit the Angkor Thom complex, including Bayon, Baphuon, Royal Enclosure, Pimean Akas, Terraces of the Elephant and the Leper King. It is then on to the jungle temple of Ta Promh which is overgrown by fig trees and Balsa wood trees. In the afternoon, we drive out to the country side, passing by villages, to see Banteay Srei and Banteay Samre. Banteay Srei means “Citadel of Women” and is built of pink sandstone and decorated .jpg) with the unique and beautiful carvings. In the late afternoon you can enjoy the sunset at Pre Rup temple. Over night at Steung Siem Reap Hotel. Breakfast included. Day 03 - Floating Village & Homestay (B/D) After breakfast, we head south of Siem Reap to visit the floating village of Tonle Sap Lake. You will see many floating houses on the surface of the lake. There is also a floating school, restaurants, Catholic Church, and more.... After visiting the floating village, we will transfer to the homestay village which is approx. a 20km drive. After introducing you to your host family, you visit the neighbors, and go out to the fields. In the evening you will have dinner with the homestay family, and have a party with local rice wine. You can also watch TV, or you can teach English to the kids. Overnight with homestay family. Breakfast & Dinner included. Day 04 – Homestay & Return to Siem Reap (B/L)  Breakfast is early in the morning, and then off to the fields by oxcart to take part in the planting of rice and vegetables. You may also be looking after the cattle, ducks, chickens or pigs. It will be a full day’s work. Late in the afternoon you will transfer back to Siem Reap by way of a visit to Wat Prasat and the local market. Overnight at Steung Siem Reap Hotel. Breakfast and Lunch included. Day 05 - Siem Reap Departure Breakfast at the hotel, and then free time for your own activity until transfer to your departure point. End of trip. We hope you had an enjoyable experience.
