We were impressed with both the reasonable prices charged by Travel Loops and the quality of service that we received.

In addition to giving invaluable advice and suggestions for our itinerary, the planning and rganization of Travel Loops during our trip was superb.

Arrangements and support including bikes,vehicle (small bus) and driver,

two Cambodian cyclist guides who were fluent in English, Laotian guide, border travel and assistance with accommodations and meals were handled in an outstanding manner.

All of the Travel Loops team members who were involved with us during our adventure were wonderful: capable, helpful and fun. We came to know them as friends.

A special thanks to our lead Cambodian cyclist and guide - Vong Sanak (Nak)-whose humour, knowledge, enthusiasm and cycling skills helped make our experience so memorable.

We are planning another adventure to this "Pearl of Asia" region in the very near future and we have no hesitation in using the superior services ofTravel Loops again.

Dear Kun,

                     Re: Arranging Travel

I would like to say how well the trip you organized for me and the family through Vietnam was. In deciding the places we would go I left all accommodation and travel arrangements to you so we did not have to worry about connections to boats, planes and trains.

The coordination and communication from your Vietnam counterpart was excellent and the pick ups were always on time. Having the contact information supplied was very useful as I arranged a Vietnam sim card on arrival to improve communications. I always knew I could contact you also but it was not necessary.

Let me also say that working with you in the early planning time was a pleasure as we discussed options for travel and accommodation. I very much appreciated that my needs were important and you listened to this while also suggesting alternatives.

The arrangement for the visa was hassle free also, and very quick, so I had a lot of confidence in Travel Loops organisation and yourself.

I have recommended Travel Loops and yourself to a number of contacts as some one they can work with when planning a holiday.
