Siem Reap food tour is available in the mornings and afternoons with a starting time at 07:30 am and 04:00pm
This is your chance to taste many different kinds of food with us. This is a combination of tuk tuk and walking food tours in Siem Reap, which take you to the very heart of Khmer culture. Our 4 - 5 hour tours are filled with exceptional Khmer cuisines, taking you to places beyond any guidebook on a journey of exploration and adventure.
Most people don’t know much at all about Khmer cooking, but this course will show how nice it really is. In recent years Khmer cuisine has really begun to shine. For too long it’s played second cousin to Thai and Vietnamese cuisine, but no longer. See exactly why Khmer cuisine is now booming, and why it’s every food gourmand’s dream.
You will start this unique and fun experience being picked Khmer-style in a local transportation mode of "Tuk Tuk". And so we begin your food tasting experience from some local restaurants to the market where you can try several foods there as well as learning about some of the local herbs or ingredients through available at the market.
In the meantime you will have a really nice breakfast at one of the more popular restaurant where many locals eat every morning. Do not miss some of the street food stalls or fruit shakes along the walking section of the tour; they are delicious!....Safe!
Khmer cuisine is fresh, adventurous, organic, and filled with so many wonderful flavors and textures. We’ll demonstrate to you exactly what we are saying.
Bicycle Tour from Cambodian Border to Siem Riep with Siya
My family and I (3 of us) just spent 6 fantastic days cycling through Cambodia with Siya and our driver. We had an excellent trip - Siya was an outstanding guide, very friendly, very fit and very knowledgeable. He genuinely seemed happy to be guiding us "tourists' around and loves cycling and photography. Siya was a pleasure to spend 6 days with. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to spend quality time in Cambodia and learn about the culture and see the countryside. He has great knowledge of the local bike routes too. Thank you, Siya.
Siem Reap best guide
We spent 2 days in Siem Reap with best guide, Siya Pouv! He and his wife Kim took great care of us. Ankor temples were fantastic and as my wife has vision and balance problems, Siya tailored the walking to our capabilities and gave us a great appreciation for the complex. We also visited floating village on the lake and walking thru the markets. His knowledge of Cambodian life and history gave us a real understanding and insight of this country. He truely went beyond our expectations! Great command of English. Ask for him if you want a superb and fun tour—he is also a guide for other Cambodia’s cities and would do a great job!
